1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and v2222 (hereinafter "v2222", "we", "our", or "the Platform"), operating at the domain v2222.io.

v2222 is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed for the Bangladesh market. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets (including cricket, football, table tennis, kabaddi, and other events), live casino games, slot machines, fishing games, and related gaming services.

By accessing the v2222 website at v2222.io, completing the account registration process, logging in through the v2222 Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of account registration. v2222 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles. By registering, you expressly warrant that you meet this age requirement. v2222 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on v2222. Opening, operating, or being associated with more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. v2222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information. At the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. v2222 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

2.5 Residency. v2222 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. v2222 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its target market.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Mandatory Verification. v2222 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal request is processed. v2222 may also require verification at the point of account registration or at any time thereafter.

3.2 Acceptable Documents. The following documents are accepted for identity and address verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladesh government authority
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document issued within the last 90 days and showing your full name and current address

3.3 Processing Time. Document verification typically takes between 1 and 3 business days. v2222 reserves the right to extend this period where additional review is required. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will remain pending until verification is finalised.

3.4 Right to Request Further Documentation. v2222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name), source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documentation where transaction volumes or patterns warrant further review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. v2222 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay
• Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. v2222 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. No currency conversion is applied.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one (1) business day following successful KYC verification. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. v2222 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. v2222 reserves the right to request confirmation of payment method ownership before releasing any withdrawal.

4.6 Bonus Funds. Deposits that attract a welcome bonus or promotional offer are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses available on the v2222 platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In all cases, bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the standard account registration process. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by v2222 are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotional terms for a specific offer explicitly state otherwise. The standard wagering requirement applicable to a bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. Until the full wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the v2222 platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino games, and slots may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution schedule for each game category is set out in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. v2222 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions. v2222 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated scripts or bots, colluding with other players, placing hedged bets across multiple accounts, or engaging in any other activity designed to exploit a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intent.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. v2222 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation is displayed in the user's account betting history. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be void and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.2 Odds and Prices. All displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. v2222 strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date odds but cannot guarantee that displayed prices will be available at the time of submission in fast-moving live markets.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within a reasonable timeframe
• The bet was placed at an erroneous price resulting from a manifest error (palpable error)
• The bet relates to a match or event in which the outcome was pre-determined through corruption or match-fixing
• Technical or software errors resulted in incorrect odds being displayed

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on v2222 use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer streams from third-party regulated studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The applicable rules for each game are set out within the game interface itself.

6.5 Dispute Resolution for Bets. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with the v2222 support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v2222 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to sporting events
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Abusing customer support staff in any manner
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or account data without authorisation
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the v2222 platform without written permission

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. v2222 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. When it stops being fun, we encourage players to use the tools available to them or to seek support.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any registered player may request a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting v2222 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from betting and casino activity. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

9 Intellectual Property

9.2 Limited Licence. v2222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles and associated branding available through the v2222 platform (including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. v2222 operates these games under licence agreements with the relevant studios.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. v2222 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond v2222's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party software failures, or force majeure events.

10.2 Financial Losses. Betting and casino gaming involve inherent financial risk. v2222 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming activity on the Platform. By using v2222, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this risk, and that all betting and gaming decisions are made freely and voluntarily.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v2222's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v2222 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11 Privacy and Data

11.1 Data Collection. v2222 collects personal data from users for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. 11.2 Data Security. v2222 implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS 1.3 (256-bit SSL) encryption for all data in transit and bcrypt hashing for stored passwords. Notwithstanding these measures, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and v2222 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data.

11.3 Data Sharing. v2222 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) on a need-to-know basis, and only under contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by v2222. v2222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

12.2 Suspension Pending Investigation. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any frozen funds released. If a breach is confirmed, v2222 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms.

12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting v2222 support. Prior to closing your account, you should withdraw any available balance. Balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. v2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the v2222 website with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, v2222 will endeavour to provide registered players with advance notification via their registered email address or mobile number.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the v2222 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.4 Governing Principles. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness, transparency, and good faith. v2222 operates as a platform committed to fair play and will apply these principles in resolving any dispute that cannot be settled by reference to the explicit terms of this Agreement.
